"Mom was at Residence of Charles Meadow. They wanted to move her to memory care or she would have to leave. Also mismanagement of medication. Mom was on the SAMM plan and there were times when her pills just went ‘missing’ never to be found. Another times medications were given at wrong times. An independent company determined high levels of mold, and the Wayland Board of Health deemed her room "unfit for human habitation." All reports are available at the Wayland Board of Health office.
