"I wrote a review after three weeks of my dad being at this facility and had nothing but wonderful things to say now I’m five more months in and I have exactly the opposite to say continued problems with medication being given at the right time. I have spoke three times with Eric the director in the past week he continues to tell me that corporate is working on everything and they are making improvements. Sunday morning I went to pick my dad up for church and again his meds had not been given by 9 o’clock. He received them at 9:10 AM. I went to talk to Eric today and it ended with Eric telling me maybe I should bring my dad to my own house because he’s gonna have to miss his time off and and days off to make sure my dad gets his medication and I don’t really care that you have to miss any time of your own to make sure your employees do the job because it seems to be a problem . I’ve left three messages for corporate today. I’ve not heard anything back And a ton of problems with billing" - lisa…
