"My parents moved here a couple of years ago and since this company took over, its gone way down hill. The staff was given more and more responsibilities, which has caused a high turnover, and the food has also gone down hill. The chef said he can only do so much with the budget they give him, which obviously isn't much. They used to let visiting family eat for free and they are now charging. The place is not staffed 24 hours a day, and there is no one there other than a couple of cooks on the weekends when they give out boxed meals. Very disappointed in the new company.
