"Unfortunately our experience at Storypoint Abbott has been quite disappointing. While the facility appeared nice, we encountered problems with management and directors of the facility. We got lots of promises and we can do that and we have that and none of it happened, no one is on the same page even when they are in the same room they can’t agree. . Staff is unprofessional. The rates they charge are ridiculous for what they offer. When asked to lower the price they say they can charge that much because they have a waiting list. When compared to other facilities (even owned by the same company) they charge 2-3 thousand dollars more per month. Prospective families should be aware and ask specific questions and get it documented. The reality did not live up to the promises that were made. Just not worth the pain and heartache.
