"Lovely neighborhood and nice apartments. Poorly staffed with housekeeping, dietary, and maintenance. All staff work really hard but there just aren’t enough with the few trying to cover multiple jobs every day. Quality of food is cheap but well prepared. Often takes 90 minutes to get dinner and they sometimes run out of the daily offering before they get to the last tables. Rents are variable as advertised but I got a 10% increase at the end of 1 year." - Resident…

"After my 73year old sister fell and broke her hip, we knew that she could no longer safely live alone. Sandia Vista Senior living came very highly recommended. This was an absolute God send for my family. The minute we walked through the door to tour the facility I knew this was the place for my sister. They keep the residents busy with field trips, multiple activities, entertainment, and a coffee bar that stays well stocked all day. The fees are reasonable and include rent, housekeeping once a week and they will change and launder bedding and towels. All utilities, cable, meals, and Wi-Fi are included. They offer transportation to doctor appointments and will take you shopping if you need essentials. Erika, the sales manager, is a gem. She answered all of our questions. When we spoke about the things my sister enjoys doing, Erika just knew she would be happy there. The icing on the cake is they are pet friendly. My sister has blossomed. She's been there just over 2 weeks." - Dawn…
