We had no problems except one outfit got lost when we tried to have it washed. We failed to put her name on it. The nurses and staff did an excellent job and kept Mom clean, busy and happy. No matter what we asked for, we received an answer right away and were thrilled with the cleanliness and care provided by the staff. I went to visit him yesterday4-1-2025) and I swear he hasn't had a shower or bath since he's been there and that's been 11 days so far. He used his buzzer to call the nurse so she could change him and we waiting almost an hour before anyone came in,and she was rough with him while trying to change him. You could see in his face that it was hurting him then a few hours later he rang the buzzer cause he wanted some water and No one showed up so he rang the buzzer a few more times for the next 45 mins and still no one came to find out what he needed!!!! I wanted a copy of the medications they were giving him before I left but I didn't get that either. So please don't send your family members there if you love them.
