"My husband is not completely settled in, but we are getting there. Everyone has been amazingly helpful. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make the move in experience pleasant. I am striving to be able to call all of the staff by their first names; likewise, they want to know my name and with whom I go. When I tell them, the response is always the same: “Oh I know Mr. Paul. He’s so nice!” I know that the staff members do know Paul, so I feel very comfortable when I leave because I know he will get wonderful loving care." - Shirley…

The Ashford of Beavercreek, Image 1

The Ashford of Beavercreek

From $4,100/mo

3865 Park Overlook Drive, Beavercreek, OH, 45431
Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living

"Terrible turnover of staff. Many nurses have left; therefore, they are using agency nurses which at times have given inadequate care. Ashford nurses have neglected to make sure they answer the pharmacy if refills are needed or contact the doctor if a new script is required. At times, meal delivery has been extremely late. Many times, the meal is not complete. Substituting food is one thing, serving a plate full of vegetables with little meat is another. Not acceptable, and I doubt their nutritionist would approve of the meal. The laundry rooms are dirty. There is always a pile of clothing left in the laundry room. The aides seem incapable of making sure a resident receives all their clothing back. No regard to their personal property! Aides are not very responsive at times. You could wait forever to receive help to the bathroom and assisted showers are regularly missed. They will listen to your complaints, but do not expect anything to change." - Lynn…
