"New owners don’t return calls at all. I’ll make sure to post photos of the bathrooms they don’t clean either. My mother said her place was cleaned Dec 30th I went there on December 31st and nobody took out her trash my kids and I took out 6 full bags of trash, they didn’t clean the bathroom or kitchen at all or do her dishes or clean the floors. I requested her laundry to be done as well. The nurse Chyna is unprofessional and should find a new career, caring for the elderly is not in her forte. I have called the office manager Junieal S several times with no response. I’ve been trying to pay my mother’s rent for 7 days and I can’t get anyone to help me. My is currently in ICU and has been there for 7 days now. This place wasn’t like this in July when we did a tour and had lots of employees always working and nice and now it’s nothing like this.
