150 Verdin Road, Greenville, SC, 29607

"Be careful about sending your loved ones to Maple Brook Terrace Retirement community if you care for their well-being. My mother was left at Publix while other residents boarded the bus early and left before the agreed before 3PM time. My mother went outside right before 3PM. They are supposed to offer door-to-door transportation for seniors with their mini-bus. First, you would think she would do a head count to make sure all seniors were accounted for before leaving. My mom, who is 88 and uses a rollator, was told they would send a Uber to get her and wait outside at the curb in 89 degree weather. Whose elderly mom can navigate Uber? She was waiting in the heat for over 40 minutes until being picked up. She waved at every white car. You would think the executive director who in charge of the facility and left her stranded would get in her own car or the bus and drive 5 minutes to the grocery store/" - Ken…

"In Praise of The Willows of Easley The Willows’ byline says: “It’s not like home; It is home.” That’s not just a witty sales slogan. It’s actually true. We have been here five months now and have enjoyed it immensely. Even though pulling up long-established roots and moving is often traumatic, we hardly even miss our previous lifestyle. The staff here is exceptional and attentive to our every need (even on their days off). The building and grounds are attractive and well-kept, making us proud to receive visitors. Residents here are also friendly and compassionate. Since moving here, we have discovered that many of us have friends, acquaintances, and perhaps even distant relatives in common. Former residents of other states are welcome and happy to join in the camaraderie. Here at The Willows, it’s impossible to remain a stranger for very long.
