"If I could post less than one star, I would do so, as it would be more accurate than a one star review. The review disclaimer doesn't allow "allegations of negligence", which probably means that my review won't be posted, though I've been careful to not use those terms in my review. From the time my parent started living in memory care at WW, there has been an ongoing list of issues, particularly with inattentive staff, patient cleanliness and personal hygiene, minimal patient interaction, poor communication between staff and family members. For the price being paid ($13,000+monthly), a much higher level of service is to be expected, and WW has fallen far short of the mark. If you are looking for a high level of service and care for your family member, I urge you to not consider WW. My dog gets better care and treatment at the vet/kennel. Let's see if you will post my review. Many will be thankful if you do." - JD…
