I've eaten there twice and, although residents can usually find something to complain about, I was impressed with the offerings. "I placed my wife in the Memory Care unit because of her dementia issues. Feedback from staff always seemed positive. When I questioned missing clothes, I was told that when my wife soiled her clothes, they were too messy to clean and were thrown out. After about one month, her room smelled of urine. After two months, I received a call that they found a man in her room and both were naked, at which point, I immediately picked her up and brought her home. "At first Bayside Terrace seemed wonderful but it didn’t take long to find out how I was lied to about how they took care of my loved one as far as keeping the rooms clean, doing their laundry, keeping up with their hygiene.
