Sharon went above and beyond in any professional care to personally ensure my father’s accommodations were perfect for him and his safety. Jill and Tina, wow, could not ask for better nursing care. Both have been able to be reached 24/7 on days off to assist my family. I have been present when my family member has pushed the button and no one has shown up to see what the need is in a timely manner. I then went down the hall to see what the hold-up was, and three employees were standing in the hall chatting. I then asked one of them to come with me to respond to my family member's needs. My mother said her place was cleaned Dec 30th I went there on December 31st and nobody took out her trash my kids and I took out 6 full bags of trash, they didn’t clean the bathroom or kitchen at all or do her dishes or clean the floors. I requested her laundry to be done as well. The nurse Chyna is unprofessional and should find a new career, caring for the elderly is not in her forte. I have called the office manager Junieal S several times with no response. I’ve been trying to pay my mother’s rent for 7 days and I can’t get anyone to help me. My is currently in ICU and has been there for 7 days now. This place wasn’t like this in July when we did a tour and had lots of employees always working and nice and now it’s nothing like this.
