"Do NOT let this beautiful facility fool you. The 5 star reviews are from upper level staff. Unfreaking believable. My mother was in this facility. It was amazing at first then it sold and went down hill from there. The filth that I cleaned from the floor in her room was unbelievable & the mold in the shower was disgusting. I know this how, because I, the family member had to cleaned their room. The fact that she shared a room and both were in wheelchairs and each paid $6700 a month is highway robbery. This place has went through 5 executive directors in the short time they have been open. The current director has absoutley NO people skills & treats the staff terrible. I have witnessed her yelling at two staff members in front of residents and family members. The residents now have to pay for their own toilet paper, trash bags & tissues. Memory care was an all-inclusive price then in January 2024 they decided that we are now going to charge by level of care, so another $1400 it was." - Anonymous… Read more

"Their lack of integrity and non-existent accountability to execute basic safety requirements, while a family member repeatedly reached out to an entire organization, including upper and executive management and the local ombudsman with cries for help and documented proof/pictures is appalling. The incompetence at the Dublin location is staggering. They lack proactiveness, empathy, a desire to provide a positive customer experience, and basic organizational skills. They lean towards medication to solve problems. They repeatedly told us one thing, in terms of medical care and safety protocols for a high fall-risk resident and did not execute what they said they would do.
