"Beautiful community but very poorly managed. My mom lived here for over three years. Terrible turnover, high agency, nurse usage, and very inconsistent.. You don't get what you pay for. We finally moved my mom to a community a mile away and it was 100% better. I only wish we had done this a few years ago. Capstone seems to be a community that simply tries to add value to their bottom line so they can sell it to the next buyer. They are focused on cutting costs and adding revenue. They are not focused on quality resident care. I would not recommend them to anyone." - Randy…

"This place needs to step up their games and care for these people. According to them they are understaffed and nurses only 6am to 6pm. The techs aren’t trained in helping the older people" - Sylvia

The figures below show the average monthly starting costs for memory care of nearby cities. Keep in mind that these figures are an average, and that the numbers used to calculate it spanned a wide range. In fact, CareScout data suggests that most families will underestimate their monthly budget by almost 20%, meaning that once inclusions and services are factored in, they can actually afford more than they originally thought.
