"Unfortunately, my experience with Maristone staff was nothing short of dreadful on multiple occasions. My mother had a stroke, and I needed to find respite care for her. Initially, I placed her in the memory care unit, but that only lasted one day due to the terrifying and unacceptable conditions. I then moved her to the assisted living side, where I visited daily to keep an eye on the staff and how they treated the residents. Early on, I noticed staff members displaying eye-rolling and frustration when residents asked for assistance. Not enough room here for my full review as they limit it to 1,000 characters. Check their Google or FB for my full review. I would never recommend anyone place their loved ones in the care of Maristone. I've been a resident here for nearly a year and know I made the right choice. The staff are helpful, caring and supportive of residents' needs.
