"Overall "vibe" of the community has gone DOWNHILL since around Mar/Apr of 2024. What was once a vibrate, home like environment knowing staff members by name, feeling as if they enjoyed being there, having this air of confidence that loved ones were being cared properly. Turned around into this ball of confusion, with staff members leaving left and right. Questioning with no clear answer or brush off when it came to the care of Loved one. Poor communication. On site management tries to project this fun filled environment of fun activities onto social media, yet behind the scenes it's total chaos. Prices quoted when you initially arrive and agree upon are quickly changed after a couple of months. Price hikes are expected in all Senior living facilities but this place takes the cake. Do NOT send your loved one to this place under the management it is currently under. Initially you will be "wined and dined" then things will come to light as you regularly visit." - Q…

"I strongly recommend that any new family who is considering placing your love one in this facility to do your due diligence. I thought I asked the right questions at the time and felt that this would be a great fit for my dad and was provided assurance that his needs would be met. I asked about ratio to staff and resident. Their response was quite misleading because the staff is grossly understaffed. Within two weeks of him being there, his care level allegedly increased and my family was asked to pay more for additional care that he never received. We brought in two additional outside aides to the facility to offset his care. He arrived at the facility wound free, but within three months he developed over a dozen pressure sores. He transitioned to hospice and was given a 30 day discharge notice because his care needs became too great for the facility despite developing the wounds in the facility and was hospice was treating the wounds. Please highly consider your choice." - Saundra…
