Like all establishments this staffed by lazy, indifferent workers. Turn over is often and can be confusing to residents. Could low wages be a problem. While visiting a friend at the Lodge, there was no one available to ask the location of my friend. The two staff members at the "desk" acted as if I was disturbing their day. Very surly attitude. No hellos or can I help you. Indifference! It's a pretty face much like a Hollywood set but does not live up to their promises in the brochure.
