"Overall, a scary tour. The lady who showed me around was pleasant enough but even she seemed at a loss when I pointed out the terrible odor (especially down one hall) and the poor look of several residents ( the had food on them, were unkempt, missing shoes, several people had black eyes maybe falls??) My guide said, “it’s been hard to hire good staff lately” which blew my mind. The rooms were fine but yikes. I’m not sure what is happening here but it isn’t for us." - Henry…

"I was a resident there after a stay in a hospital. It’s old and dirty in the rooms. A resident was given a bed bath and the dirty clothes and bedding was thrown on the floor. There is no choice of meals. You got what they gave to you ! Yes, the electrical system had issues. My electric bed , unable to raise the head of it. The oxygen machine alarming late at night. No phone to use. No privacy when the door to the room is open, bright lights on all hours, no privacy.” when changing your bed etc , no privacy what so ever. You are fully undressed when people walk in and out. 2 large, live bugs on the floor late at night. Look elsewhere!" - Maggie…
