From the receptionist at the front desk who told my 75 yr old mother numerous lies why my father’s phone didn’t work in his room, to the nursing staff that did not attend to him well. I arrived one Sunday at 1215 and the aide stopped me and said I haven’t gotten a chance to check in your dad today, IT WAS AFTER NOON. He was in a wet diaper from the night before.
