About me

David Duckworth, CSA (Certified Senior Advisor), is the Co-Owner of Blue Magnolia Senior Living Advisors, where he works alongside Jeannie Duckworth to support seniors, families, and care professionals through important life transitions. His calm, solutions-focused approach brings reassurance to families during what can often feel overwhelming.

With a background in real estate, David became a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), where he gained valuable insight into the unique needs of older adults. During this time, he witnessed firsthand Jeannie’s dedication to helping seniors and families, which inspired him to become a Certified Senior Advisor through the Society of Certified Senior Advisors and join her in this mission.

David works closely with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, physicians, and families to help create safe discharge plans and long-term care solutions. He is committed to ensuring each senior is placed in an environment that meets their care needs while supporting the family every step of the way.

As a proud member of the National Placement and Referral Alliance (NPRA), David upholds the highest standards of ethics, collaboration, and professionalism in senior placement services.
