Jeannie Duckworth is the Owner and CEO of Blue Magnolia Senior Living Advisors and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). With over 12 years of experience, she works closely with seniors and their families to navigate care decisions with compassion, clarity, and confidence. Jeannie partners with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and physicians to create safe discharge plans and identify appropriate senior living options based on care needs, budget, and availability. Her leadership experience includes serving as President of the Tuolumne County Senior Network, Board Member for a local senior center, and a top Senior Living Advisor for more than nine years. She is also a proud member of the NPRA (National Placement and Referral Alliance).

Jeannie Duckworth was a tremendous help to me finding just the right assisted living place for my Mom who is 92 and had lived alone until she fell bruising her tailbone. Jeannie was caring along with being very efficient in finding appropriate places for her to live. She contacted places and gave me the information in order to set up tours to visit the places. She took the stress out of a stressful situation and was readily available whenever I needed her. My Mom is happy and settled in her new place and is now only 20 minutes from me instead of 50 min.
