Their “Dining With Dignity” is an award-winning dining program based on a food preparation technique that allows all residents to retain independence and dine from the same menu. The Arbor Company offers an apprenticeship program, Arbor Grows, for Resident Assistants (RA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) that are interested in taking the next steps in their careers. The Arbor Company helps RAs and CNAs to reach their full potential by offering a monthly curriculum that includes training, mentorship with a nurse, and education based on soft skills and sustaining their own well-being. At the end of the training, participants receive a certificate from the Department of Labor for their participation.
