The staff here are terrible, careless, loud, unprofessional and downright mean to their residents. They only speak their native language in the home, except when attempting to speak English to their residents. Residents are talked down to and scolded often for problems that do not exist. They are typically angry and are often fighting and yelling at each other very loudly in the home. They only know how to cook their native dishes for themselves and do not seem to even be able to use the microwave correctly. If a resident asks for the most minor things, the staff act as if they are being bothered and do not hold back from showing their outright annoyance at being asked to perform their expected duties. They are often heard scolding residents and have been noted wiping or washing a nude, bed-bound resident with the door often wide open. Do not trust your loved one to the "care" of these awful people, especially if your loved one is unable to communicate what is happening in the home. They will be sure to act very polite to family members or professionals entering the home. This is not care. It is abuse. Our loved one became very distraught, distant, withdrawn and ill from being subjected to this treatment. We knew something was wrong, so we proceeded to set up a mini camera in our uncle's room. What we saw and heard was atrocious. We are taking this footage and information to the state of California because this is heartbreaking and completely abusive and unprofessional. Please steer clear of this place. This is NOT care.
