"Mom was at Residence of Charles Meadow. They wanted to move her to memory care or she would have to leave. Also mismanagement of medication. Mom was on the SAMM plan and there were times when her pills just went ‘missing’ never to be found. Another times medications were given at wrong times. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the residents are very friendly as well. We have a beautiful library, common area, terrace level that has been renovated. I and others lived through the renovations. It was hard but we survived. The day I moved in, I felt like New Pond was my home. I have no regrets and I have never looked back.
