"A family member lives here and has mixed reviews. They like the community but don’t care much for the activities. The assisted living staff is efficient, caring and generally immediately available. They do, however, continually complain about the dining experience. The kitchen runs out of food, they have sometimes waited an hour to be served, the portions are small, and the food is mediocre (at best). "My husband was here for 5 months, he is extremely worse. An incident happened & I was not informed about it until 2 days later. Therefore, it was highly recommended that I must come pick him up!! In hindsight, I should have called a Crisis Center, because let’s be clear (this is a memory center) I thought I had no choice, so I picked him up, took him to the Hospital where he stayed for 3 weeks. He is now at another Facility due to the lack of care & trauma he received at Pacifica! I will not state names, but please do a thorough research before placing a loved one here.
