For IV drips, get the picc line installed so it's automatic without waking you for shots. The meals are delicious but some portions like oatmeal are way too large. Avoid their sugary drinks. "I enjoyed the way I was treated by all the nurses on the floor and elsewhere to even though I had burns on my legs the wound care nurses Anna,Claudia,Joslin, and Julia treated my wounds with care like as if they knew how bad it hurt. And I think they did a great job and with kindness and heart. I was in room 1110 their rooms are awesome clean and very private and your attended too the way your suppose to be and never have to wait for your meds because they are on it right on time. Also the girls at the front desk are so courteous and helpful and ready to help anyone and thats Casey, and Ali thank you. Also they have activities and the girls that run that are so patient and helpful and kind and you have so much fun making something different all the time and they make bingo and crafts fun to do. "A relative was released into a skilled nursing facility from the hospital, with specific goals to accomplish for release from the facility. The patient achieved those goals in two days, but he was not released for another six days. We could not find out why, and when an administrator finally met with us, she told us that he could leave AMA instead of telling us why his discharge was delayed. When he finally was released a day after his discharge papers came through, he was sent home without his prescriptions. I called three times, with enough time to fill the prescription before the patient ran out of it, each time being told that the facility would mail the prescriptions.
