"Our initial experience with Hearthside was fantastic. However, with the change of an administrator in July of 2025, we can now longer endorse this location. We moved our loved one to get better care. The main reason was that we had lost confidence in the current administrator. We found him to be rude, arrogant and condescending. He is very unapproachable, is rarely if ever in the community with residents and does nothing to build relationships with residents or residents families. Most of the time he is in his office with the door closed and blinds drawn. While the current administrator is in place (11/2025), we would not recommend placing a loved one in this facility." - Dan… Read more
