"My mother was a resident for 1.5 years. The aides were attentive to my mom's needs for the most part. They seemed to have constant turnover in help and many employees multi-tasked (ie: kitchen help also cleaned the rooms). Unfortunately, after my mother passed in June 2019, it was as though she never existed. Not one employee or company representative sent a card or came to the funeral. Of all the employees at the facility - only 1 person hugged me and offered their sympathy and it was the CNA that listened for a heartbeat after I ran to find someone when she passed. In the days/week following, no one called to see how the family was doing, etc. We had her mail forwarded to our home after her death, but received a call from the activity director just last week (4/13) that they had mail for my mom that looked like it would be needed for tax purposes. When they sent the mail to us -they had been holding onto it since January. A very nice facility and the staff did seem to care about and enjoy having my mom as a resident, but they are seriously lacking in compassion for the families after the death of one of their residents. Perhaps some training on family relations after a death would be beneficial." - Melanie…

"Look on yelp and google for just for reviews they can’t pay to delete. these nurses get good money to sit on there asses and neglect these people is absolutely enraging. Do not bring your loved ones here, they will sit in there own defecation for days, will not be cleaned, and will only be seen as an inconvenience in the lives of these nurses who spend all day socializing with friends and sitting on there phones. The nurses will not change there clothes if you don’t reprimand them for they’re neglect. Totally shameless people with no remorse or sense of responsibility or accountability for the state of our elders. And there bosses are just as bad. My grandma took a “fall” here years ago and they never called or told us, we just came into find her face looked ready to burst. When she broke her hip from a fall we never found out from the nursing home. Instead my mother who worked in the emergency room got to see her own mother rolled in with a broken hip with no indication from the home" - Christopher…

Plenty of activities, large rooms with full bathrooms, 24-hr front desk services with live phone answering services.
