"After searching for several weeks into facilities for my mother in law with Alzheimer’s, I finally found the Diamond 💎 I had been looking for that checked every one of my desires for her. It’s not a decision that was taken lightly she has been very special to us so we were rather picky finding a place for her. All I can say from start to actual placement it’s been an extreme pleasure dealing with Ronda, Tatiana and Giovanni as well as the rest of the staff. From the start of the process to the actual placement it was seamless. Today was move in day (we’d been dreading), however the rest of the staff was amazing as well. She started playing ball and doing crafts while we set up her room without hesitation.We couldn’t believe it! "My loved one has been in the memory care facility for the past 2 weeks. During that time we have witnessed soiled residents walking around, lack of staff to respond to needs of residents, staff that was there telling us there are only 2 people working on that floor because others called out. (There are around 20-30 residents on that floor) We have been asked numerous times by visitors if we could help them with their loved one from helping get their clothes on to finding their loved one that wasn’t in their room and they couldn’t find him or anyone to help. The last time I was there an elderly lady was yelling for help because a man had wondered into her room. The list goes on. Along with that they told us our loved one would be checked on every 30 minutes. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. There is much more but they limit the space.
