"My loved one has been in the memory care facility for the past 2 weeks. During that time we have witnessed soiled residents walking around, lack of staff to respond to needs of residents, staff that was there telling us there are only 2 people working on that floor because others called out. (There are around 20-30 residents on that floor) We have been asked numerous times by visitors if we could help them with their loved one from helping get their clothes on to finding their loved one that wasn’t in their room and they couldn’t find him or anyone to help. The last time I was there an elderly lady was yelling for help because a man had wondered into her room. The list goes on. Along with that they told us our loved one would be checked on every 30 minutes. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. There is much more but they limit the space. "Amazing sprawled community for seniors. We lived here with my in laws for a few days and it is very upscale. Very safe because it is guarded 24/7. Very easy pathways for people who are in wheel chairs. Lots of activities and we say a lot of active people throughout our 5 days there. Our in laws have been living there for almost 9 months and have nothing but nice things to say about this community. Everything is new because it has been only open for a little over a year.
