"Not all apartments have washer/dryers. Only the multi bedroom apartments have them. My family liked the fact that there was a physical therapy room should I ever need it. What potential residents don't know is the physical therapy room is contracted out to a particular company. If they aren't contracted with your insurance, you can't use the room nor bring in your own contracted therapists. The food leaves a great deal to be desired.
