"I am so thankful that my family chose The Forum for my Dad and Mom. Everyone from the administrative staff, to the nurses and personal care aides, have been incredibly supportive and caring. The facilities here are updated with modern amenities such as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, which make it feel like an upscale hotel. On top of that, they also provide three meals a day and meticulous housekeeping services. During Covid-19, the staff have done an amazing job at keeping the residents safe while also ensuring they don't feel isolated. "this place is a NIGHTMARE!!!!! aides do no shows quite often on 3rd shift leaving nurse alone to take care of entire building. meds very often late, sometimes skipped. understaffed. aide just tried to give me the meds & left out two different meds ... irefused to take any of them because she argued they were there when pbviously they were not. then after i called 911 and emts left she cane back in with two of the missing meds but then had the presnisone screwed cuz she only had two .5 mg and a half & its supposed to be 20 mg ... the 20 mg was there the 1st time ...then the 2nd time it wasnt, so i refused to take any at all. she kept insisting i was going to throw the pills at her. i told her to her face she us a liar !!!! then she did not have also the Blood pressure omesarten nor the isisorbide pill. theyre causing me to be bedridden & in pain. "Their lack of integrity and non-existent accountability to execute basic safety requirements, while a family member repeatedly reached out to an entire organization, including upper and executive management and the local ombudsman with cries for help and documented proof/pictures is appalling. The incompetence at the Dublin location is staggering. They lack proactiveness, empathy, a desire to provide a positive customer experience, and basic organizational skills. They lean towards medication to solve problems. They repeatedly told us one thing, in terms of medical care and safety protocols for a high fall-risk resident and did not execute what they said they would do. "New owners don’t return calls at all. I’ll make sure to post photos of the bathrooms they don’t clean either. My mother said her place was cleaned Dec 30th I went there on December 31st and nobody took out her trash my kids and I took out 6 full bags of trash, they didn’t clean the bathroom or kitchen at all or do her dishes or clean the floors. I requested her laundry to be done as well. The nurse Chyna is unprofessional and should find a new career, caring for the elderly is not in her forte. I have called the office manager Junieal S several times with no response. I’ve been trying to pay my mother’s rent for 7 days and I can’t get anyone to help me. My is currently in ICU and has been there for 7 days now. This place wasn’t like this in July when we did a tour and had lots of employees always working and nice and now it’s nothing like this.
